In fact, we recently took a major step forward in improving our truck fleet by adding a designated emergency vehicle. While the new truck doesn’t necessarily change the scope of our services, it does, however, improve them in a multitude of ways. What are they, you ask? Let us explain…
#1 Faster Response Time: When it comes to emergencies, time is—without question—of the essence. Having a fully stocked emergency vehicle improve our response time, thus allowing us to help reduce the damage to your property.
#2 Fully Stocked: Our emergency vehicle will be used for only—you guessed it—emergencies. In the past, we would have to move supplies from one truck to another before responding to a call. This will ensure that all the necessary supplies are available the moment disaster strikes.
#3 Better Protection: When a board-up service is needed, we can properly secure the site and make sure all valuables are kept out of harm’s way. Because our response time is so much faster, we can begin the drying process before the water has a chance to spread throughout the property.
Aside from the these benefits, our new emergency truck will instill confidence in not only our crew, but every customer we service. While dealing with an emergency can be quite overwhelming, it is our hope this new truck will give our customers the confidence in us and realize their property is in good hands.
